PTFA

The Parents, Teachers and Friends Association (PTFA) of Raphael House exists to enhance the unity of the community and the School.

The PTFA’s focus is on:

Our aim is to continue to provide opportunities for the giving, receiving and coming together for the whole school community and providing avenues where all can benefit. This is your committee – please bring us your ideas and contributions!

Being a part of the PTFA is a rewarding, inspiring and fun way of being part of your child’s school life. We meet twice a term and our meetings are advertised in the Bush Telegraph and the School Calendar.  Everyone is welcome to attend and we are always eager to hear from those who are keen to come along and get involved whether on a casual basis or as a committee member!

As well as running the annual Barn Dance and facilitating school wide workshops we have oversight of the annual school Fair. We are also responsible for how the funds raised at the Fair are spent.

Any member of the school community can make a request. The funds must be used to support at least one of the following goals:

Building the community

Supporting special character

Building Te Ao Maori/ Te
